- In original condition and packaging
Items purchased at full price are eligible for return.
Items purchased at a discounted or promotional price are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Approved refunds are issued to:

- Original payment method (excluding shipping costs)

We offer free exchanges for:

- Defective items

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

- Hygiene-sensitive items once worn
🚚 Shipping Costs

- Exchange shipping is covered by us.
